No you cannot move out. The ability to make choices about sexual contact does not affect the ability to determine where one lives. You can move out when you reach the age of majority, which is 18.
No, your parents have custody of you and therefore have to consent to you being emancipated.
Probably because it's surgery and I imagine you are on your parents insurance. Can differ between states though.
I don't know about other states, But in Idaho, You can get emancipated by marrying anyone older than 18, as long as you have parents permission to marry.
There are no laws for dating but the parents have to give permission since the 16yo is a minor. There are laws for sex though.
If she was age of consent she gave legal consent to sex so that part you can not do anything about. He can not be charged for anything then. It's not illegal to get pregnant, it's the sex itself that is illegal if she is below age of consent. In that case, if he is 18+, it was statutory rape. If he knew she was a runaway he can be charged with aiding a runaway. I would think twice about that though since your grandchild would be without her dad and he would not be able to pay child support from jail. Your daughter is 18 soon and will be emancipated. Try to keep a good relationship with her so you have a chance to a have a good relationship with your grandchild. Choose your battles.
Not without her parents' permission. Even though she has a child, until she is 18, they are responsible for her.
there are kids like 12 or so who can use THC (not smoking though) with their parents consent, they have intense neurological diseases though. 18 without parents permission
16 with parents permission, 18 without. Preferably wait until you are 18 though.
Technically, if it is without permission or knowledge, that's called "running away". Though the "friend's parents" would be more in trouble than the 17 year old.
This depends. If you have a valid passport that was issued prior to your 16th birthday, then you are considered to be a minor and cannot leave the country without the permission of your parents. If you have yet to apply for a passport, then you may apply as an adult, and will probably be granted one (though many agencies will refuse without parental consent). Travel to Europe will require parental consent if you are under 18, though travel within the NA continent will be permitted.
Once you are 17, you can buy and use air-soft guns without your parents' consent. At Wal-Mart I know that you can buy the guns themselves at 16, and the ammunition at 17. It is still best to get your parents' consent anyway, though, as they still control whether you get to keep it.
Yes, though the parents are still responsible for the 17 year old. Without their permission they will have to wait until they turn 18.
Yes, with permission, she can move out. The parents are still responsible for her though.
Even though they are pregnant, not until they are 18 years of age. Until then the parents determine where you live.
Legally speaking, no. A 16 year old with a child could attempt to go to court and become emancipated, in which case she could move out whether her parents like it or not, but having a child does not automatically emancipate you. (Getting married, on the other hand, does; nearly everywhere you need your parents' permission to get married if you're under 18 anyway... though in some states, pregnancy changes matters so that you can get married with a judge's permission instead.)
You have to have the parent's consent in order to get a marriage license as a minor anywhere in North America.
You cannot, though you might be able to get a court order if the parents are not available (missing or dead).
