If it is truly synthetic then the buzz you get is also synthetic. Unless you mean weed grown under controlled conditions instead of naturally, then this is still weed regardless of how you grew it.

When it first came out and when it became popular the answer was no. The federal government was the first one to develop a way to test their employees. Where it was legal for most, federal employees (Military, D.O.D civilians, federal level law enforcement and etc) were not allowed to use. These specific tests, like most things, we're expensive at first. As cost has been reduced and the illegalization of the chemicals used the test are more frequent. They are still rare though.

Synthetic THC does not have the structure of natural cannabinoids and therefor will not appear on the test. Some test nowdays are made to detect synthetic cannabinoids, on such a test you would show as positive.

Unless you are working for a very cautious company, i doubt they will include a test to detect synthetic forms of THC.
