of course you can i wouldn't recommend doing it at the same time considering it stays sore longer than a regular ear piercing though

Most generally speaking, boys will get either their left ear done, or both. I, personally got my left done when i was young, and then did my right about 4 years later. I keep both in and rarely take them out besides routine cleaning and to change earrings.
