Yes they make just about any rim to fit cars these days but remember the 20 inch tires will be a very low profile and you will loose your comfortable ride. The low profile will have a really stiff sidewall so you loose a lot of your give in the sidewalls.

If you want to replace the current tires on your vehicle with a 17 inch tire you will have to have the proper rims for that tire. If you currently have rims for a 17 inch tire then you would not have to replace them but if your tire rims are smaller or larger then they would have to be replaced.

Nothing will happen if you change the tire size along with the rims so you end up with a wheel/tire combination that is close to the overall diameter of the OEM tire/wheel that came on the car. Any tire shop can help you choose the correct size tire for the 15" rims.

the factory size is 16 inch rims on the 2000 model

It depends on if it ie front or rear wheel drive or 3 wheel drive. If it is 4 wheel drive, it is not good and will cause problems. If it is either front or rear wheel drive keep the wheels the same on the drive wheels ie. front wheel drive, keep the 17 or 16 inch wheels on the front but make sure they are the same.

Yes, but it will cause body damage to the vehicle, produce a lot of noise, and the tires will wear very quickly. Also, ride quality, handling, and braking efficiency will be extremely poor.
