No. The 3G+WiFi version has two separate radios that allow for both Wifi and mobile data transmission. The Wifi-only version does not have the 3G-specific radio included.

Not with Sprint 3G it can not. For a USA 3G connection it has to be AT&T. For WiFi it can connect with a WiFi signal. Depends. If you mean Sprint's regular broadband service, then a PS Vita can connect and go online via a wireless router. However if you mean 3G connectivity, Sony has announced that AT&T will be the only mobile carrier that supports the Vita in the US.
Maybe a PS3 320GB with Uncharted 3, a Move Bundle with Littlebigplanet 2 and a PS Vita 3G WiFi launch bundle

no
That depends on whether you paid for release date delivery, otherwise it will depend on which shipping method you choose
A Vita's wifi connects to your own wireless router, same as your PC or laptop. So the only cost is your regular charge from your ISP, there's no 'extra' for using the Vita on it unless the Vita's usage somehow makes you go over a bandwidth cap, if applicable. The 3G version has a monthly cost if you want to use the 3G functionality.
