Each city varies as far as their rules for installing bike racks on public housing facilities. If you wish to install a bike rack on government property, you will want to put in a request with the city.
First, make sure you buy a bike and a bike rack. You can find these by going to Buy Mode ---> Outdoors ----> Transportation You can buy a bike there and a rack. Place the rack in your yard or wherever you want to put it in your lot and put your bike next to the rack. It will automatically place your bike at the rack. When you are done buying it, click on the place you want your Sim to go on the map, and if you do not already have a car, your Sim will automatically get on the bike and ride it to your destination. If you have a car too and your Sim keeps riding in that instead of the bike, click the bike and hit the option 'Make Preferred Vehicle'. This will make it so you always use the bike. To switch back, just click on the car and make it your preferred vehicle.
A bike rack can range from being really expensive to really cheap, all you need to know if it will carry the load you put it in. So you should check the cap weight of it.
Start by having a petition signed by all teachers and students who are willing. Attend the town council meets to have the complaint put on public record.
Luggage rack. But your passenger will be uncomfortable.
It's used to carry stuff on the bike with, either as a platform to hang dedicated panniers from, or simply as a place to strap whatever that can fit on the bike to. You can also use it to give someone else a ride, but that might be illegal and will put a huge strain on the bike.
Dishes are put in a rack, to drain.
I think the best housing market is the newspaper. It will be out to the public, and you will have a better chance at renting it out. Also, a lot of people look in the newspaper for housing ads.
Music rack.
Yes. Google an example, say from UK - "Suzuki Alto Bike Rack" to see potential design outcomes. Basically a tow bar suited to the Suzuki Alto is fitted (bar is suited to small box garden type trailers), on which you add a bike rack. Some designs are pretty nifty and include UNECE light functons; STOP/TAIL/FLASHER/REV/REAR FOG/RED REFLECTOR. Cover the wheel reflectors (in Australia these are amber) where used domestically with tape when on a night journey. (Bike wheels on carriers can spin, and for folk approaching the rear at night, it can look like a bike crossing in front of them)!
Bad seal in the rack. Put a new rack in it.
PUT TAPE ON THE PHONE AND PUT IT ON THE BIKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You should put your drying rack in direct sunlight. This will speed up the process.
