It actually is possible, you just need an iPad camera connection kit and bing!
Sadly, you can only import photos and videos. If you want to send files from your iPad to your computer, use an app like Skydrive or Dropbox.

∙ 12y agoNo! Neither the Apple iPad or the Apple iPad 2 have the USB port. Instead to transfer the files from the device to computer Apple gives you a connector to usb cable. Basically this is a cable with the iPad input at one end and the USB connector at the other!

∙ 11y agoMm, no. Although I don't think so, mostly what I know is that you are at least not able to have flash plug-in installed on an iPod, pad, phone, etc. However, that's only wireless. you could hook it up to a computer for a temporary flash drive benefit.

∙ 13y agoNo but you can buy two adapters (the come together) that you can put a SD card into. The other adapter that comes with it can connect a cammera to your iPad.
