Yes, I myself have tried the 18-in4 diet and lost 17.5 pounds in 4 days. I still continue to be on this diet till this day. It has helped me to lose over 100 pounds in 2 months. If you are looking to lose weight fast with chicken, beef, fruits, and vegetables this is definetly the way to go about doing it.
The 18-in-4 will help you lose water weight. Staying on it indefinitely like the paragraph above shows anorexic tendancies. There is a long term plan where you can start off extreme to get things going. Don't be tricked by the 18-4 "Formula" of only certain foods at certain times. That's just a ploy to make money - it wouldn't make him any money to say "just eat lean meat and vegetables." But that's it. Eating lean meat and vegetables IS the formula. Chicken and vegetables works best - especially when sticking to just leafy greens. Do it for a week or 2 to jumpstart your weight loss and rid your body of candida. Never plan on doing this if you are ever going back to eating packaged foods and too many starchy carbs on a regular basis again. The whole point will be lost, and you'll gain it right back. This is only a good stratedgy to speed up weight loss and transition to a healthy lifestyle. The only good diets I've seen that truly work over the long haul is The French Diet and the Zone. May this help someone and prevent them from the hellish pursuit of trying to find a diet that works.....or worse.......diet pills. I prefer the French diet as it is more realistic than the Zone. You can still enjoy food without too many limits. AJ
By eating nothing but rice, fruits and veggies. Exercise, like jump rope and curl-ups.

Of course you can. If you burn more calories than you consume, you lose weight. It's as simple as that. I used to cut 10 pounds in a week for college wrestling all the time. Lots of cardio and eating healthy- fruits and vegetables. Try eating only fruits and vegetables for a week and see how you feel. I guarentee you'll eat less when fruits and veggies are in front of you compared to a pizza. Don't starve yourself. Eat til you feel full. But to answer the question- yes, you can. I did it about a year ago.
AFTER YOU EXCERSIZE. . .EAT CHICKEN!!!
chicken!!!!!!!!!!!!
well you could stop eating sweets and eat lots of veggies but even if you do wanna eat you would have to exercise allot after eating them
Eating right: Salads Fruits Rice Exercise: Jogging Walking Squats Biking Swimming
Nothing. Your body would go into starvation mode and start preserving what you already had. The best thing to do is either a)consult your doctor and discuss detox or b) do a major diet overhaul by eating loads of fruits and vegetable and drinking lots of water. You'll be surprised what eating fruits and veggies can do for your body in just one week. (This includes salads, fruit salads, vegetable soups, etc) Experiment.
I recently lost 6 pounds after eating 2 helpings of diced peaches per day along with my regular food. That was over a period of 2 months.
You may gain several pounds the first week. Make sure you excersice daily and keep lots of fruits and veggies on hand. It can be a wonderfull medicine so it is worth trying.
that's just a terrible idea. eat healthy, fruits, veggies, lean meat. not popcorn!
About two pounds of chicken (1.9839375).
