Just hook up the charger to the battery while it is still in the car and do not unhook it.

For many '95 Integras, to find the radio code without removing the radio, remove the slide-out ashtray and look for the sticker on the bottom of the ashtray; the five digit number is your radio code. Turn the radio on, enter the code, and you should be good to go.

You probably need a code to enter into the radio presets as it is a security radio. Without the code it will not function.
i called the dealership here in panama city, fl and they gave me the code......so i didn't have to remove the stereo.....
You cannot reset the radio without the code. But it is very easy to get the code. Go to the Honda owners website and register your Honda. After you register it click the link on the left Retrieve Radio/Navi Code. Click the link below.
