The IRS does not garnish these payments (except from their employees). The IRS will, at the State's request, intercept tax refunds to collect unpaid child support.

Unfortunately, yes they can repossess your car. They have the right to take it at any point that you do not make a full payment on or before the indicated pay day. The only exception is if you have a written agreement that states you have a grace period. Otherwise there is nothing you can do about it except pay in full on time every time.

Selling agents are middlemen who market a whole product line or a manufacturer's entire output. They perform all the functions of wholesaling, except that they do not take title of the product.

That means another bank has purchased your mortgage. The original lender should arrange to have an assignment of mortgage recorded in the land records to make the assignment legal. As long as you make your payments on time you shouldn't suffer any effects except a change in the address where you send your payments. That means another bank has purchased your mortgage. Yes, except when selling real property. In selling real property all co- independent executors must execute the document.

If the creditor is the loan holder of the vehicle a lien is already in place. The title will show the loan provider as the primary lien holder. That insures the vehicle as collateral and if default occurs the lien holder can repossess the vehicle without going to court. Except in the few states that require the creditor to obtain a replevin order before seizing the vehicle.

User Avatar

sure can except in a couple of states. IF you are in default, you can be repoed. Its even more attractive to the lender that you ONLY oew 2 notes. Better chance they will get their money when they sell it.

Gold teeth are not pure gold because it is such a soft metal...not much money in selling them--except to the dentist who put them in.

No. That is ridiculous. you are talking about a credit union, which like a bank, will never turn you're payment away, even if its late. the contract, no doubt, states that you have a grace period for payments, that grace period ends on your monthly due date for payments. it also probably states the you would make the payments on time. and you are always allowed to make payments whenever you feel like it, but if its too late too many times, they have the contractual right to repossess the car. once you sign that contract, that is the contract, the only thing that would make it null and void, is if you had made your payments on time all the time and they took the car anyway. then you could file a lawsuit against them and get your car back and probably anything you paid if you knew what you were doing and maybe end up with a free car. but you went back on your end by not paying on time so they've done nothing illegal or unethical. and there's nothing you can really do except try to work with the bank. i wish you the best of luck.

Virtually all income is used to calculate child support, except for public assistance/SSI.

There is not much of a difference unless you mean "selling the rights" of a product; if you sell the rights of a product then you are transferring it to another without much limitation. Licensing a product is almost like selling rights to it except you retain certain rights (normally spelled out in a contract). Selling a product, as in a retail sale, transfers full rights of use to the consumer for whatever purpose it was intended for.

Yes, late payments on mortgages can be reported. The chapter 7 discharges all unsecured debts, except for student loans, child support and certain taxes, and any balance due on secured debt after the collateral has been surrendered and sold. If you reaffirmed the mortgage and failed to make payments during or after the chapter 7, that can be reported. Late payments can also be reported. Many states prevent penalties for late payments if the payment is made within a certain number of days, but they can still be reported as late if not made on or before the due date.
