It depends. IF you do a really good job of washing (very hot dishwater, soap, thorough rinse and air dry) both inside and out -- which is more than most will do -- you are probably okay. BUT don't do it if the bag has scratches or has been used to reheat or cook food multiple times or has been used to store raw poultry, fish or ground beef. These are risk multipliers so common sense should tell you it isn't worth tempting fate with a scratched bad that held raw chicken.
