In Sims 2 how do you come back to life?

If you haven't saved since your Sim has died, just leave the lot without saving. When you return, everything will be the same as your last save. It's good to remember to save a lot while you play. Also, if you have the Sims 2 University expansion pack, you can get the career reward (Paranormal career) named the Resurrect O Nomitron, which is a phone you use to call the grim reaper. When the grim reaper arrives, you pay him Simoleons to resurrect your dead loved one. You have to pay him a good amount. Only give him a little (1 - 987), and he takes your money without resurrecting your Sim. Give him more (988 - 4127) and he resurrects your Sim as a zombie. If you give him 4128 - 8512, he will resurrect your Sim, but with the complete opposite personality. (Nice will become grumpy, ect.) If you give him 8513 - 10000, your Sim returns as he (or she) was. :) Another alternative I have heard of is to use Sim PE. Though I am not sure exactly how this works. 1. u need university installed.

2. type in unlockcareerrewards just like that.

3. look in the career rewards. they should all be unlocked.

4. look for the resurrect O nomitron.

5. click on the phone (the reward) and put it somewhere.(the grave needs to be on the lot)

6. click call GrimReaper.

7. pay ALOT of money unless u want it to be a zombie. go up to at least 10,000 dollars.

There are two ways.

-You can get a call from the Science Facility. They say they will bring them back to life. Put the dead one's grave in your inventory and bring it to the science facility. they will revive them.

-If you have cooking level 10, fishing level 9, and gardening level 7, you can cook ambrosia. Gather a life fruit and catch a death fish. The death fish can be found in the graveyard. Bake the ingredients together to make ambrosia. Have the ghost eat it and they will become human again. You can easily cheat on the life fruit by placing a life fruit plant in your yard by typing shift+ctrl+c and enter in the box, 'buydebug on' (without quotes) Go to buy mode. Hit the tab that separates them into categories like, lighting, appliances, storage, Plumbing, etc. There will be a new tab. It will be a tab with question mark. click on it. Go to seeds and gardening. find the life fruit plant, not seed place it anywhere. It might be a few days or so, but it will eventually have fruit. Harvest them. The death fish is just something you have to catch alone. It took me fishing for a few days in a row.

Note: Remember that you can only make one serving of ambrosia, not a group meal. So if you want to bring back two ghosts, you will need two death fish and two life fruits. If you want to bring back three ghosts you would need 3 death fish and 3 life fruit. If you want to bring back say 25 ghosts (dramatization) you would need 25 death fish and 25 life fruit. I'm sure you get the point now.
