In diamond and pearl it is 35. an it is an EXP SHARE not and esp shard.
An exp share allows you to share exp with another Pokémon. You can get it in Pokémon Diamond Pearl and Platinum near Eterna City.
Ha ha! No, not exactly. ^_^' They get the item needed to access that Pokemon labeled on the card., just like on your card.
Pokémon Diamond and Pokémon Pearl would not be able to trade Mystery Gifts but they would have been able to share Mystery Gifts however Game Freak as well as Nintendo did not enable any of the available Mystery Gifts for Pokémon Diamond and Pearl to be sharable so no events for Diamond and Pearl are sharable.
From a scientist.
use the exp share
Well on pokemon diamond and pearl after you have finished cycling on cycle road either dawn/lucas's father will give you an exp share in a place after cycle road.
yes it can evolve
In Pokemon Diamond, Professor Rowan's assistant will give the play an Exp Share item on Route 206. One may also be won in the Pokemon Lottery on Jubilife TV.
