You can only transfer your Pokemon from diamond to black because Pokemon diamond hasn't got the graphics and new moves etc To do this turn on your diamond/pearl/hg ss game and tap on ds download play next turn on your black/white game and go on route 15 to the poketransfer lab go in and connect the two ds consoles then choose the 6 Pokemon to transfer and then theres a tricky bit you have catch them with a bow and pokeball in a time limit the pokes you don't catch don't get transfered. After that your Pokemon will show up in the first open box in your PC.
