Not really -Neptune while one of the 4 Gas Giant planets and does not have a discernible solid surface (which would make it difficult to stand on) but more importantly if you could find anything solid to stand on, you would get blown away because Neptune has the strongest winds of any planet in the solar system, measured as high as 2100 km/h.

Only partially correct. While Neptune is sometimes referred to as a "gas giant" it is more accurately referred to as an "ice giant". It has a discernable mantle and core. The mantle, while sometimes referred to as "icy"is really a hot, highly dense fluid - mostly water, ammonia and methane - which hits temperatures of 2,000 K to 5,000 K. Suffice it to say that if you can't walk on water, you probably could not stand on this fluid - and even if you could, you would probably cook mighty fast at those temperatures while being hurtled along by the 2100 km/h winds. The core of Neptune is composed of iron, nickel, silicates and possibly diamond crystals precipitated from decomposed methane in the atmosphere. The pressure at the centre is 7 Mbar (700 GPa), millions of times more than that on the surface of the Earth, and the temperature may be 5,400 K, so anything reaching the solid surface would be crushed and cooked.

What is Neptunes surface made of?

Neptune is a gas giant and does not have the same sort of surface that our planet has. Neptune consists of different layers. The atmosphere consists of hydrogen, helium and methane gases. The mantle contains water, ammonia and methane ices. The core contains rock and ice. I think it is an amazing Planet!

No, Neptune doesn't have a solid surface for there to be volcanoes.

Can you stand on Neptunes surface or would you fall right through yes or no?

Neptune does have a solid surface beneath its thick, thick atmosphere. You would fall through the visible surface (then fall 20% of the planets diameter) but would probably be able to stand on the solid surface beneath. ( Note, we do not know for sure because no direct measurements have been taken).

What is neptunes nick name?

There are a couple of listed nicknames for the planet Neptune. These include the Blue Planet and the Great Gas Giant.
