Can you still get a cdl license after 2 DUI convictions in the state of Georgia without ever having a cdl license?

So long as the suspension/revocation periods resulting from those DUI convictions have passed, and your driving privileges have been reinstated, then, yes, you can upgrade your licence to a CDL. Fortunately, however, trucking companies aren't going to want anything to do with you with two DUI convictions. If either of those DUI convictions have occurred in the past 10 years, your chances of finding employment in the trucking industry are... let's just say less than favourable. Not that your prospects really look that good after two DUI convictions to begin with, regardless of how much time has elapsed since you got them.
