You can't sue a restaurant for a bandaid in your salad unless it caused you harm. You can report this occurrence to your local department of health.
yes actually you can. people have sued for a lot less.
lol ya
Yes.
Not unless they said it was bone less chicken salad.
Yes, you can sue, because it should be against permit policiy. :) It is also a safety hazard because it could contain blood from someones body that could be contaminated with all sorts of disease, potentially making you very ill. You can't sue just because it is there. You would need to claim some kind off damage from it. Most restaurant owners will feel genuinely embarrassed by it and offer some compensation as a customer satisfaction issue as well as to prevent publicity and reports to the board of health.
You can get sick and then you could sue the restaurant.
sue denim is one half of the band robots in disgusie and has her solo work sue and the unicorn :D
No because it was the customer not the restaurant ... you may be able to sue the customer who broke the plate!
In todays society you probably can. BUT! If you got sued every time you have inconvienced someone else or made a mistake, then you would be poor. If you sue over a piece of cardboard in your salad then you are a person of contempt. Talk to the manager about it and they may give you a discount on your meal. Sue? No I wouldn't waste my time or the courts time.
yup,u have the right to
Not at all, where did you hear this nonsense.
