ya for sure, any B18 engine can fit in an integra. I don't know why you would want to swap in a slower engine tho...
The GSR engine is a B18c which comes with VTEC pulling out about 178 hp @ 7600 rpm and a GS/LS/RS usually come with a B18b Non VTEC pulling out about 142 hp @ 6300 rpm.
anything is possilble but the only thing is that if u have the money and time to do this type of project
This question makes no sense. Are you asking about an engine swap? Transmission swap?
Yes, you can! it's a popular swap actually and it bolts right up.
If I understand the question correctly, you're wondering what cars the '87 Integra engine will fit in. The only car I know for a fact that it will fit with modifications to wiring and ECU would be the Honda CRX, I'm unsure of the years but it shouldn't be too hard to find. If you're wondering what engines will fit in the '87 Integra, there aren't many alternatives. There's the '88-'89 Integra engines, those have an extra 5 horses over the '86-'87 engines but you will have to redo wiring and get a new ECU. A better choice would be the JDM Browntop Integra ZC. A direct swap with no modification required and has around 30 more horses than the stock engine.
absolutely. unless you want the ridiculously short gearing of a gsr or type r trans, sticking with the ls tranny is perfectly fine. so long as its in good condition. now adding LSD to it would not be a bad idea however.
yes
If its the 2.5, you can swap it for some of the older eclipses and Chrysler sebrings. They use the same engine. (Mitsubishi)
Yes it can. Axles from the acura integra GSR will need to be used, along with new front and rear engine and trans mounts that are aftermarket. You'll need a P72 computer and an 0B2 to OBD1 conversion kit from FFquad. It's a pretty straight forward swap.
almost every integra has some type of B-series engine rangine from b16 b17 b18a b18b b18c b20....... internal and external differences but the head and blocks are almost identical or cna be modded to swap from one to the other i jsut swapaed a b18a for a b18b into my 91 integra
You need to specify what 1990 Acura are you swapping an NSX motor into.
Yes, with custom fabrication. You have to swap the transmission, computer, engine, etc.
