Yes you can but Darvocet is pretty useless as a pain reliever. It would just enhance the sedative effects of the Alprazolam (Xanax) and probably constipate you.

∙ 15y agoNO! This would be a very bad idea. Darvocet (propoxyphene) is an opiate (derrivative of opium.) Morphine is also a (much more powerful) opiate. Combining the two risks overdose. An opiate overdose can depress the respiratiory system to the point of arrest and death.

∙ 14y agoYes, but in moderation. High doses are dangerous of either of them, especialy when they are combined. Seizures have been known to happen with tramadol and mixing it with dravocet can increase this but only in those who are prone to seizure. Be careful with taking both because they act togheter to cause a "high" effect that will impair your motor functions.
