Avoid aspirin or non-steroidal pain killers (e.g. aspirin, Nurofen, Brufen, Voltaren, Advil, Act 3 etc) - but paracetamol and Panadeine in normal dose should be safe.

NO! Warfarin is a blood thinner, NOT a pain reliever. Never, ever take Warfarin unless it is prescribed to you specifically. If prescribed to you, ALWAYS take it as directed.

NOTE: Warfarin has NO ingredients that would create an altered state of consciousness. It can, however, make you bleed internally if the drug was not prescribed to you for a specific condition.

Warfarin is ablood thinner, nothing to do with pain !
Many lower back pains can be relieved by medicines containing methocarbamol
