It's probably not a good idea for someone that young to get started that young, using a crutch like diet pills. Try exercise and change your diet. Avoid fats and sugars. Eat plenty of fruits, veggies and protein (meat, eggs, beans). Such a diet will help decrease your appetite and help you keep from wanting to eat between meals. It will also help you maintain muscle mass, which is essential for loosing weight. Eat right and exercise. That's a far better program for a 13 year old.

I wouldn't advise it without your dr's consent. Diet pills can damage your body and taking them at a young age depending on what they contain could lead to you not being able to have children.

ok so yeah im 14 i was a size 10 and now im a size 6, i didn't take diet pills i just worked out and tried to keep on a vegetaria diet if you don't wanna go veggie, then that's fair enough cause meat is defffo good for a balanced diet, its just i chose to go veggie cause i have a hectic life and i just needed food that was ready to eat on the go like fruit :)

trust me going on diet pills should only be done if your doctor tells you. Don't wish your life away just because you wanna be thin, you've got the rest of your life to try stupid things like diet pills. think of it like that, that's how i think of it :) and if you just wanna lose weight cause your not happy with how you look just choose a sport that you love (like me with Ballet) and go and do it, it will keep you exercising and you'll enjoy it :)
