I can't speak for paracetomol, but I use tramoldol and aspirin together with great success for Back pain.

My neurologist assured me that combining them was irrelevant because their actions were distinct, and no synergistic effects have been observed.

I suggest being wary of tramodol for long term use. Some person experience very unpleasant withdrawal despite the product literature claims.

I have taken percodan in the morning {5mg/10mg naxalone} +150 mg lyrica+5mg clonex

in the afternnon after two hours rest I took the same except I changed the percodan with 100mg tramadol and 50 mg tramadex and I had no problem Jake Hiller

Yes. There is no likely interaction between the two - they are in entirely separate drug classes.

Aspirin and Tramadol have no known drug interactions. However, aspirin should not be taken with certain medical conditions such as bleeding disorders or during pregnancy.
