I would have to say Yes you can take these together as my doctor at a pain management clinic just prescribed Lyrica 75mg 1 capsule 3 times day and Methadone 10mg 1tab 4times a day. However I would not recommend taking these without a physicians supervision.

∙ 11y agoyes they both have a sedative quility that inhances one another i am rxed 60 mgs off metha done once a day and if i take 2 caps off 225 with my 0.5 rivitril 4x a day and my zopiclone at nite .like i eoke this morn and took my cessemt ,smoked a fat cannon ,took my cpam ,and as i have aces to some i took them 2 hrs ago and have too say i feel (*&(9) great .oh yea and i plan to redose in 2 hrs im tain 700 with my methadone
