Remeron is a antihistamine, a very strong one, that is why it helps insomnia. Plus it is a antidepressant. You should stay under close supervision because it depresses the central nervous system, the antihistamine in Remeron is a respiratory depressant just like Suboxone. So there is a moderate interaction between the two but people do take them together. Just be advised that no two people are the same and can handle two medications taken together differently.
Tricyclic antidepressants should never be taken with central nervous system depressants unless strictly supervised by a doctor.
Really, it doesn't make much sense to take an antidepressant and a depressant together, now, does it?
Remeron is not a Tricyclic antidepressant, but rather an SSRI. The former member answered incorrectly and should not be giving answers to questions he/she knows nothing about. It certainly makes sense to use an antidepressant with a depressant, because both medications are being used to treat different problems. Remeron can be used for improving sleep, while being on Suboxone to treat an addiction problem or chronic pain. Ask your doctor about the usage of both, but I am currently taking both of these meds concurrently with no problems.
Can you take Xanax with Remeron

ultram? yes.
According to Suboxone.com (see Related Link below), "certain antidepressants" can interact badly with Suboxone/Subutex. And which antidepressants interact badly may possibly vary from person to person. But certainly many antidepressants, for the majority of people, are fine. I'm actually taking three different antidepressants, along with Suboxone: Wellbutrin, Lexapro and Remeron.
I too take remeron and they do not test for antidepressents.
can you take methadone after taking swuboxone

I have been on Suboxone for 3 years and I have taken GABAPENTIN and Suboxone and it doesn't ruin the effect of suboxone because I am perscribed Gapabentin guess u could say it isn't a benzo
No you cannot and should not take Watson 853 and Suboxone together. Watson 853 is Hydrocodone 10/325 which is Vicodin. You will not get high, you will just get sick or possibly overdose and die.
