As long as the peices are still there you should be able to attach with this tape. If you use the tape temperature for adhesion must be observed or it will not hold also mirror needs to be secured for a day or so for the tape to set. The proper way is to replace the mirror but this worked for me in a fix.

Buy auto grade black silicone at auto parts store. Remove all old adhesive. Coat back of mirror with silicone. Press in place and tape until silicone cures
