Here's the deal a move tutor can teach moves from different regions but not all regions for example lets say your playing Pokemon ruby and you go to a move tutor to try to teach a dragonite for example Draco meteor well you won't be able to because that's a sinnoh region move and your in the hoenn region.
A pokemon can only learn 4 moves at a time. However there is a move teacher that can teach your pokemon moves it forgot as long as it is in the 4 move limit.

I don't think any TM moves were removed from Unova for Kalos in Pokemon X and Pokemon Y, they areN just in different places.

Thundrus and Tornadus is the same pokemon, but with different moves. It depends what pokemon you're fighting. But if I was you i'd go with Tornadus

In the games, egg moves are specific moves, that are passed down from parent to child, and only specific moves in games, like Surf, can be passed down. For an egg to learn a move, you must teach the parent Pokemon, or the Pokemon in the Daycare, an appropriate move that CAN be passed down, and that can be learned by the Pokemon.
