Yep you sure can, a company called van aaken produce a turbocharging kit for that engine. Its a bit dodgy though, and you would be much better off swapping for a 2.0 litre zetec, and then turbocharging that. Or you can pick up zetec turbo engines relatively cheap off of eBay.
If I had one, I could put MY 2.0 16 zetec into my garage.

The Focus Zetec (16 valve DOHC) engine, according to the Ford, makes 130 bhp and 130ft/lb of torque. The SPI (8 valve SOHC) engine makes 110 bhpand 125 ft/lb of torque. These are crankshaft measurements meaning the amount of power that actually makes it to the wheels will be a bit less due to friction and such in the drivetrain.
