The minute Ojama Knight is fusion summoned onto the field, it activates and you must select up to 2 monster zones. If your opponent has all 5 monster zone taken up, you cannot select any of these monster zones. If 2 of their monsters get taken out of the field after the Ojama Knight has been summoned and already activate it's effect, your opponent can still summon another 2 monsters into that area.

But if your opponent controls 4 monsters when you fusion summoned Ojama Knight, and you select 1 of their monster zones, as long as Ojama Knight remains on the field, that 1 monster zone cannot be used.

Is activating a flip effect and targeting an opponent's monster considered declaring an attack in Yu-Gi-Oh?

No, this is considered targeting an opponent's monster with a card effect, not an attack.

In yu-gi-oh if the monster with an effect says that when it destroys a monster deal damage to your opponent equal to its ATK does your opponent also take damage equal to the difference?

If your monster is stronger than the opponent's, and theirs is in attack position, then yes. So if your monster was 2400 ATK and the opponent's is 1800ATK, then first, during Damage Calculation, the opponent will take 600 damage to his lifepoints. Then at the end of the damage step, the monster will go to the graveyard and the opponent will be dealt a further 1800 damage from your monster's effect.

What damage does your opponent take when a monster's effect lets it attack your opponent directly?

If Robbin' Goblin was already active on the field, and your opponent Summons a monster that prevents the activation of Trap Cards, Robbin' Goblin will not be affected because it was already active; it will not be destroyed. If a card on the field prevents the activation AND negates the effects of Trap Cards (such as Jinzo), Robbin' Goblinwill remain on the field; however, its effect will also be negated.
