Can you use a touchscreen monitor with your Google Chromebook?
From what I understand, so far no.
It depends on what you are using for work. Most software that you typically use for work has either the same or equivalent version in a Chromebook. Google Docs (and Drive) can read and edit to a degree Microsoft Office files. With the recent acquisition of QuickOffice by Google, which you can use to read and edit Office files, that office suite is also integrated into Chrome OS (and Android OS).
At this time, you cannot get Microsoft Word or PowerPoint on a Samsung Chromebook. However, you can read and edit either files if you use Google Drive (Docs), QuickOffice, or a number of 3rd party office suites that use Chrome OS. As of today (Sept. 22nd, 2014), there are apps available in the Chrome Web Store for Word, Excel and PowerPoint created by Live.com. They work but have a somewhat limited function from the originals…
A Chromebook runs Google Chrome OS. It cannot be purchased with Windows. It uses the Linux kernel, and the Google Chrome web browser with an integrated media player. A monitor is first and foremost an Output Device because it displays information already held in the computer. Touchscreen monitors that allow you to input information or to use navigational features such as menus, icons and so on are also Input Devices. Another example of a device that is both an input and output device is a joystick with Force Feedback technology.
Are the touchscreen, video and keyboard capabilities of the Blackberry Torch 9850 as effective and simple to use as those of other like Smartphones?
Google Chromebook is a simple, easy to use OS. It starts up right away, syncs with your chrome account, and protects against viruses. It is heavily reliant on a wi-fi connection. So if you are not often in an area with wi-fi it won't be very useful to you. Chromebooks are super cheap and affordable often in the $200-400 price range. The quality is so-so.
How can you reinstall your monitor driver after accidentally deleting it I can't figure out how to fix it without being able to see a monitor. It's a Dell with XP?

Open Device Manager and right click on the monitor and choose update the driver. And choose the location where the driver is. Of you have no monitor driver find out the brand and exact model of your monitor then visit the manufacture website and download the driver. If they don't have…
