Yes you can use an ati video card in a sli motherboard, however you cannot put two ati graphics cards in that motherboard and run them in sli. As far as putting one in and just running it single your ok. You would need a motherboard that supports Crossfire to run two ati graphics cards together.

No.
There is no such thing as a "motherboard driver." Motherboards are made up of several components, such as video, audio, Ethernet, and chipsets, each of which has their own driver.

Dell and HP do not manufacture Video cards, they simple use cards made by other companies. IF you mean put a video card from an HP computer into a dell one, then yes, you may be able to. Both the card from the HP and the motherboard from the Dell need to use the same slot (PCI, PCI-E, AGP,) and also the motherboard slot should ideally have the same speed as the card (1x, 8x,16x) or be greater. Most newer video cards also require supplimental power so the approptiate power connector needs to be available (most likely 6pin, dual 6pin, or 6pin and 8pin). It is best to bring the card and computer to a store so that they can look at the specifications to tell you if they will work together
tha acer 4736 does not HAVE a video card. it has an integrated video chipset made by intel, and no, it cannot be replaced.
it is a device inside a computer that often makes the 3d look fantastic. It differs from onboard or "integrated" graphics by being a separate device that was made just for displaying video. It is not a part of the motherboard or the main processor.
well they just made a video called do ya thing if thats what you're looking for...
halo, kinect, well, thats all i know of :)
Garry's Mod requires a DirectX 8 video card or higher which is most cards made in the last 4 years.
To install a new PCI video card one must first turn off their computer. Taking the tower of the computer and unscrewing it. Than finding the motherboard and placing the PCI video card into the motherboard, into the slot that is made for it. Than screw the tower back together and turn on the computer.
