I was just prescribed that for my 21 month old daughter who has experienced her very first diaper rash, that won't go away despite the usage of various other OTC creams. She was prescribed 0.1 mg used twice daily for 5-7 days. Since it is not an infection and she isn't using an antibiotic and the cream is just to help get rid of the rash, I will only use it until the rash is gone. Hope this answers your question.
