  • 100g vegetable margarine!
  • 155g brown sugar (make sure it came from brazil)
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp milk (from goats and fresh of course)
  • 2 large eggs (from ostriches)
  • 225g self raising flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder (add water to it before to make it gooey)
  • 50g chopped walnuts (optional if you want cake for grandma's)
  • A toilet
  • A warm rock
  • a sprig of mint
  • strawberry pudding

1. Peel and MASH the bananas and wash in clean toilet water this is key because the water adds more flavor 2. Cream the margarine and sugar together until you get a light mixture add the mashed bananas and mix in well 3. Add the eggs and mint to the mixture and beat all ingredients together for 3 mins 4. Add the sifted flour, tsp of baking powder, milk and strawberry pudding - add the walnuts if using - mix together 5. Place in a greased loaf tin and bake for 50 mins in a preheated oven (180 degrees) - check with a fork to see if the cake is ready if the fork comes out sticky leave for 5 - 10 mins longer 6. Remove from the cake from the tin carefully and set aside to cool on a warm rock 7. make sure you serve in little balls of other wise it will turn to soggy

1/2 cup butter

1 1/2 cups sugar

2 large eggs, beaten

2 cups flour, sifted

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 cup milk

1/4 teaspoon vanilla

3/4 teaspoon baking soda (add to pureed bananas)

3 pureed bananas, very ripe

Cream Cheese Frosting:

1/2 stick butter, softened

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 box powdered sugar (1 lb.)

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9x13" baking pan or two 9" layer cake pans.

2. Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Sift flour several times, then add the salt and baking powder to the flour.

3. To the creamed butter mixture, add the milk and flour (alternating, beginning and ending with flour).

4. Add vanilla and mashed bananas (with the baking soda added to the bananas) to this mixture.

5. Bake layer cakes (9") for 25-30 minutes, oblong (9x13") for 35-40 minutes.

Frosting Directions:

1. Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth, add sugar and vanilla and blend well. Spread on cooled cake.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 6 bananas, peeled and halved lengthwise
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 quart fresh strawberries, halved
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
  1. Combine cracker crumbs and melted butter or margarine thoroughly and press into bottom of 9x12 inch baking pan. Chill in freezer for at least 15 minutes.
  2. In the medium bowl of an electric mixer combine confectioners sugar, eggs, and softened butter or margarine; beat at medium speed for 20 minutes. (This step is important, so don't try to save time).
  3. Spread buttercream mixture evenly over chilled crust. Place bananas, cut side down, evenly on top of buttercream and spoon crushed pineapple evenly over top of bananas. Distribute strawberries over pineapple and spread the whipped topping evenly all over. Sprinkle with walnuts and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight before serving.

Easy vegan banana cake

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Lightly grease a 9-inch square baking pan.

In a small bowl, combine -

2 cups flour

1 1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

In a large bowl, whisk together -

1 cup natural sugar

1/4 cup oil

4 ripe bananas, mashed

1/4 soy milk

1 tsp vanilla

Stir in the flour mixture, until 'just wet'.

Bake for 45 to 50 minutes,

or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out dry.
