Dead battery? Loose or corroded battery cables? Bad starter? Neutral switch? You haven't given enough information, but it could be a dead battery, or any number of other things.
Check your local library, they may have a auto repair database that would have wiring diagrams, ours does.
Typically, a Click-click-click noise when attempting to start a vehicle is the sure sign of either a dead battery or a loose battery connection. Try tightening the battery terminal connections. If this doesn't help, you may need a new battery. A jump start will avoid a towing expense.
Take your Serpentine belt back off. Try to start the car now. If it starts, shut it off quickly. Spin all the pulleys under the hood, power steering, alternator, AC, idler, tensioner. See if they all spin. If one doesnt, it probly needs to be replaced.

You call the dealer or a locksmith and get a new key.
If you unplug the battery is for sure is not going to start. What are you asking?
