if you're talking about a press handstand, the main thing you have to do is put all of your weight over your wrists to keep balance. you also need to have a ton of core strength.

You have to planch your shoulders over the bar and use the muscles in your shoulders and upper arm to get your butt in the air then staddle your legs and staighten out your shoulders so you are out of the planch and bring your legs together. Straighten out your body until all of your muscles are flexed and your body is over the bar.
