one of the cooling fans is controlled by the coolant temperature sensor, and the other cooling fan comes on when the a/c is switched on. they may run simultaneously if conditions are correct.
One of the fans is elec. controlled and only comes on when temp. gets high enough. As for the lights for abs and srs, they could be from one bad sensor, not sure but abs is anti-lock brake sensor and srs could be a speed sensor and both are mounted on wheel so could be both on one sensor. Hope that makes sense. No pun intended.

∙ 10y agoCheck the fuse, thermal relay, and wiring. If all that is good then the fan motor may be defective. Apply 12 volts DC directly to the fan motor to verify it's condition.

In all probability it is the cooling fan switch. Before you replace it you need to check the fuses. The cooling fan switch is on the intake manifold.
