You should go to a book store or an auto parts store and purchase a CHILTON or HAYNES repair manual - it will help you out a lot.
To change it, you will need to do one of two things:
1) The easy way - Go to an auto parts store and purchase a special socket that will slip over the wires of the O2 sensor (about $17, just get the right size). When the engine is cold, soak the O2 sensor with WD-40 and let it soak for about 20 minutes. Remove the cooling fan that is in line with the O2 sensor so that you can get your socket wrench down in there. Then, unhook the O2 sensor plug and remove the O2 sensor using the special socket.
2)The hard way - don't spend the $17 on the special socket and give yourself a bunch of headaches.
If the car stalls when letting up on the gas pedal, but re-starts easily, change the fuel pressure regulator.

The MAP sensor - another frequent cause of stalling or non-starting. This measures the air pressure in the manifold. You can test it - if your car won't start, just unplug the electrical connection from the MAP sensor. If it starts, replace the sensor. MAP sensor details. (It may act as though the fuel pump is not working properly - starting, then quickly dying).
The O2 sensor on the 1994 accord dx, lx, or ex is the same, and there are two O2 sensor on the 1994 accord, fornt and the rear.
