Could a chest cold cause you to have middle back pain and stiffness or should you be looking for other causes?

With a bad chest cold you generally cough a great deal and since organs are attached to the spin the coughing will make the body ache (especially the back, ribs and stomach. Please see your doctor to get medication to stop the constant coughing.
