Anything and everything, really. What you need to do first is check for fault codes stored in the computer. Chrysler conveniently made them easy to get at. See http://minimopar.knizefamily.net/fault/index.html for a description of how to get them, and what they mean.
There could be a few things on a 1995 Chrysler LeBaron causing the distributor not to have power. But first I would check the spark plugs and see if maybe they have gone bad.
the rotatror ^^^ HUH? A few things to check- brake caliper, spindle nut, parking brake, upper shock mount.
Check your distributor cap, make sure your not getting moisture in it...lebaron and Chrysler 3.0 have a common problem with the screws on the dist. cap to be corroded and break off. quite possible this problem is as simple as replacing your dist cap.
The wiper motor on a 1992 Chrysler LeBaron won't work if the motor has seized up or the fuse has blown. The switch inside the cabin or the wiring can also come loose and cause this problem.
it seizes thru lack of use... overhall it..

Most likely cause is a failed engine thermostat.
A likely cause is a failing instrument cluster.
Yes, it could be the pipe that runs between the heads.
You can use a scan tool or unhook the battery after repairing the cause of the fault.
