Not usually, but sometimes it could be an STD. You might want to make a doctors appointment and have them check you out so you know for sure what it is.

Anything is possible, but sounds more likely that you might have an infection, possibly Chlamydia or Gonorrhea if you never had symptoms like this before. There are other problems that can cause these symptoms, advise you see your doctor and have him check you for STD's.

The withdrawal method could very well get you pregnant. As for those symptoms, they don't sound like anything related to pregnancy. Those are symptoms of herpes. Sounds like that's just soreness from sex.
