Hello. Yes its possible you could be pregnant. Because of your pat history with the tubal, its highly advisable you contact your doctor about the possibility of being pregnant and also have a blood test to confirm your pregnant or not. Good luck. i am also 24 and also had a tubal at 21 after my second child, and like you, also have signs of pregnancy. things that ive only experienced twice before. both times being pregnant. i would also advise seeking the advice of your doctor . from what ive read on here it is highly likely that it could be an eptopic pregnancy. ANSWER #2 Stastically the younger you have your tubes tied the higher chance of you falling pregnant, mostly because the longer it is since your tubal the higher chance of your body repairing itself. women who have tubals later in life (over 35 for eg) are less likely to fall pregnant due to the fact that by the time the body could heal itslef, they would no longer be fertile. best thing to do is go get a pregnancy test and if its positive, have a scan to rule out the eptopic pregnancy. goodluck

∙ 17y agoTubal ligation is not 100% effective for Birth Control. Approx. one woman in every 200 will get pregnant after a tubal ligation. Although this is not the only possibility for your symptoms. There is also a condition called a pituitary adenoma, symptoms are no menses and a nipple discharge, this can be diagnosed with a blood test (it is rare). So get a pregnancy test, and if you are not pregnant, see your doctor.
