You must be ovulating to get pregnant. You can have signs of puberty prior to ovulation.

The biggest sign of being pregnant is not having a period.

The signs of pregnancy are a missed period and/or positive pregnancy test. Take a pregnancy test to see if you're pregnant.

There are no signs 'right away', even if you are ovulating at the time of sex it takes time for the sperm to reach and fertilise the egg, it then takes time for the egg to travel down to the uterus. The earliest you can tell you're pregnant is two weeks after sex, when either you take a pregnancy test of your period is a little late. There are no earlier signs.

Well I know that about 20% of women 25 and older get pregnant when trying to get pregnant, and when theyre not on birth control. And you can only get pregnant if your ovulating and a sperms there, so maybe it's 20%. Also, when your ovulating there are signs such as a thick white discharge, abdominal cramps similar to menstrual cramps, and also you get really horny.

Pregnancy signs and period signs can be very similar in different people. You can cramp when you are pregnant just like you do the day before your period starts. The biggest difference is a missed period. The only way to know what is going on is to see your doctor. If the cramping is severe or gets worse you should go to your doctor right away.

NORMALLY being on your period is a sign of not being pregnant.

There are a few signs that show that someone could be or is pregnant. Such signs include the missing of one's period, having to urinate more often, mood swings, nausea and vomiting, and tender, sore, or tingling breasts to name a few.

If you have not missed a period it is unlikely you are pregnant.

If you get your period, you're not pregnant. You don't need to take a test
