That is the exact symptoms I was having. I would feel like I started my period and run and check and it was just a clear discharge. I am also 5 days late on my period. I finally got the nerve to take the test and it was positive.

Here is more information from Wiki s contributors:

  • Take a test and find out. Being late is a sign of pregnancy, but I'm not sure about white discharge. Take a home test or go see a doctor. More discharge or if you don't normally have this discharge is due to extra discharge building up inside because of your body plugging up the cervix. It is called the mucus plug.
  • Definitely take a test. I don't think discharge changes when you are pregnant only that you are supposed to experience more, but if you are usually on time and now you are late, test immediately.
  • I had that when I was newly pregnant and it persists until later. Go tot the doctor and have a blood test though because I tested neg on my hpt butI knew something was different. Good luck!

Watery discharge is your body cleaning itself out of any vaginal germs that may be present. Its also consistent symptom of ovulation. You may be pregnant yes or could be left over ovulation discharge.

No, it means you are getting ready to ovulate. If you have sex during the time this type of discharge is present, you can become pregnant. Actually, the thick, sticky vaginal discharge you are talking about actually is an indicator that you are a few days from having your period, it is the discharge that usually takes place after ovulation. you can not get pregnant during this time with a normal cycle, you could, however possibly be in the early stages of pregnancy, for this discharge is very common into early pregnancy, and throughout most of it.

go get checked you could have an STD

It's usually increased and could be watery, egg-white-like, or anything else. If you're basing whether or not you're pregnant just by vaginal discharge. Please take a test or see the doc.

You spelled it correctly, though you could capitalize it if you wanted to specify the type of discharge :)

Get treated. Get yourself checked out by a physician. Fish-like smelling vaginal discharge is not normal. It could either be an infection or an STD.

When vaginal discharge is brownish it is somewhat normal but still could have something wrong to it. If it is yellow then i would go see a doctor about it. But if your too young to go see a doctor about your vaginal discharge tell your mother or guardian. -BillionQuestions13-

You could be ovulating or this could be pregnancy related. Ovulation discharge is usually a egg-white vaginal discharge. Purchase a ovulation predictor kit to see if you're currently ovulating at the moment.

Hi, A brown vaginal discharge is usually old blood or infection. You need to see your doctor to rule out infection. If its not a UTI, Vaginal infection etc then it could be early pregnancy discharge but its most likely infection.

You will know if you're pregnant if you take a pregnancy test, either at home or at the doctor's. You may have some telltale signs that will give you an inkling that you could be pregnant, such as missing a period, tender breasts and an increase in vaginal discharge.

No it's normal for women to have vaginal discharge, it's the vagina's way of cleaning itself and keeping foreign invaders that could cause infection out. If the discharge is thick and smells bad it could be a yeast infection, which is easy to treat with over-the-counter medication available at any pharmacy

Could it possibly be a yeast infection?

Could be implantation bleeding. or signs of an infection.

No it doesn't. During pregnancy a woman has a increase in vaginal discharge, not a absence in it. ++++ Well, yes, it could be. After my period, around my ovulation time, I had very little discharge (if anything). I believe it was because the egg took and became fertilized. I am now 1 week pregnant, and still have very little discharge. Everyone is different.

If you had unprotected sex recently, and did not perform Kiegels to discharge the semen, it could be the leftover semen. If you have missed your period, or have had an unusually short or light period, get a pregnancy test. If neither of these is the case, you could have a yeast infection or another issue. Consult your physician.

Well, a sign of what? pregnancy? All women have discharge. And I am pregnant right now. And when you are pregnant your discharge increases.

Yes, an increase in vaginal discharge in early pregnancy it attributed to the formation of the mucus plug. Increased vaginal discharge could also mean a yeast infection too - don't be alarmed, just visit your doctor. I'm 18 and recently have had excessive discharge, but it was only a bacterial infection!

could i use gynotran vaginal cream during pregnancy

Thick white discharge neither guarantees nor rules out pregnancy. Technically, yes, you could be pregnant if you have thick white discharge, but having this discharge does not make you pregnant. Many women have thick white discharge, but if you are concerned you should try a pregnancy test and/or consult your OBGYN.
