yes. HPTs only record the pregnancy hormone. Sometimes, even if you are pregant the body hasn't released the hormone yet so a test would show up negative.

No. If you got a period after July, then you did not get pregnant in July.

no age limmit, you can even have it b4 your period. some girls have even had it at the age of 12!!! I am 13 and a half and I still havent had my period, I could still get pregnant.
