You could be pregnant and have no symptoms, however, by the time your nipples start getting bigger you would probably be about 5 months along, meaning that you would have missed 5 periods and gained between 10 and 15 pounds. A 'weird feeling in your stomach' can be caused by several things, not just pregnancy, you probably shouldn't worry until your period is atleast 2 weeks late, at that point buy a test, or ask a nurse or doctor, neither of whom can tell anyone that you asked them unless you give them permission.
