If your period is a month late, you probably ARE pregnant.
It is possible that you may not be.
Not eating, or consistent strenuous exercise, are some of the few factors that could affect your period that severely. Chances are though, if you're a month late, you are going to be a mama.

∙ 11y agoIt's definitely possible, but it doesn't necessarily mean you are. Some women continue to have intermittent periods during their entire pregnancy. I would advise you either take a pregnancy test, or see your doctor. In the meantime, on the chance that you may be pregnant, don't smoke, drink, or take any drugs or medications that could harm the baby until you do know for sure.
