Well the obvious answer is YES! If you are in a car that is being hot boxed and you either smoke one of the blunts or inhale enough smoke it can show up on a drug test, but the simple solution is to go to a drug store and purchase one of several available drinks to help remove it from your system. That plus lots of water should get you through!
I am sure it's definately possible, depending on the strength of the marijuana and how much smoke you are stuck in.
nope, ive been in a hotboxed car and passed my test the next day. pretty great
A scan tool would pull up any codes to could show a problem with the PCM/ECU.
It may show up on a hair follicle test but it may be too faint to consider .
A drug test in a hospital is even worse than one for an employer. A hospital will draw blood for a alcohol level and a drug test level only if there is suspicion. It can and will be used against you if you fail.
I failed a drug test for my doctor. then later that day wrecked my car. They didn't screen me. But can they go back and use the previous drug screen from earlier that day to prosecute me for a DUI?
depends on the car... try checking the manuel... if it is a car...
Yes, Take a detox pill
Yes, I don't smoke but I get high off the hot box my friends do in their car, if you inhale exhaled smoke, there is still THC that will enter Your system
If the car was seized as part of the drug bust itself, it may have become forfeit under the drug laws and it will be impossible to regain possession. A car was seized after an accident in which the person driving it failed the alcohol sobriety test. Will the family get the car back? See discussion page:
Yes ! Refusing a drug test will automatically get you charged with DUI. Therefore - you can be arrested any time thet choose to carry out a warrant.
NO. Unless you were hot boxing (smoking weed in a car/area with all the windows rolled up) there really is no way to fail a test unless you inhale directly. Second-hand marijuana smoke is a myth, you won't get high and it won't show up on a drug test.
