Very unlikely unless the test was a urine test and your period is not normal for you.
YES YOU CAN. You DO need to have a lot of the symptoms and make sure that they have a continuation. Also follow your gut. I have been getting my period on time and then after my 1st period I started getting all the sympstoms, especially sore breasts. When the sore breasts wouldn't stop after it finished I started to get suspecious, but when my hpt test, both blood and urine kept on coming up neg I didn't think anything about it until i started to feel kicking in what would be my fourth month. Please note that the period is slightly, not that too much. light but still clotty, but shorter. God does this to shake them doctors up.
