You can often get an owners manual for Craftsman products like a DLT 3000 from the Craftsman company or dealer. Sears sells Craftsman and may be able to order a manual.
I got mine in the ford tractor 3000 repair manual i bought at the tractor parts store for about 24.00. Beware that Ford used a whole bunch of carbs on 3000 and 4000 models over the years. I also found a tractor parts/ repair store that would send off my carb and have it rebuilt for about 90.00 in 10 days, not bad...

I bought a copy of a manual on Ebay (public domain I assume) that was full of diagrams and schematics of every aspect of my Ford 3000 tractor. I highly recommend if that dealer is still on Ebay. Sure has saved me some money by having it.
There is no way to provide you with this information. Sears used several model numbers for the same tractor designation throughout the model run. You will need to look for the model number on your tractor...it may be under the seat, on the frame or under the hood (on the underside of the hood)
