This question pertains more or less to your experiences at job and tries to gauge as to how good you are at working along with peole, at being a team player. The answer to this question should be based on your true experiences wherein you have played an important role in assuming responsibility, in winning over the trust of the team and superiors and in bringing the team together. The answer could be something like " It was during last summer when we were in the middle of a very important project with very tight schedules and deadlines, when we had to make timely deliveries to the client at regular intervals of say every 4 days. So at that point of time even if I used to be done with my portion of the job I used to be there aong with my team volunteering for making the releases and helping other members of the team finish with their share of work. As a matter of fact the same had been appreciated a great deal by my entire team, including my project manager, who in front of the entire team and senior management praised me for my support and dedication towards the job. I personally feel that i am a very good team player and have the capability to lead the team as a single cohesive unit." As one can see above, the answer is based upon my actual experience at the job and strikes more of an emotional chord, which is very necessary when answering these kind of questions.
