There are many kinds of food pyramids listed out there. This means the order of the food chain in which you have limitations or less restrictions. It can be chosen for you from a doctor or dietician or self imposed.
Due to health issues, people can have their own structured pyramid. Some have names to them. My brother had a Pradre-Willi food pyramid, for his syndrome. Some on the list above never get on certain pyramids.

well its like a pyramid so it goes from fat to thin at the top. In each food group, the foods get less and less until at the top there is nothing at all.

Foods for the dairy group of the food pyramid are yogurt cheese milk
Starchy foods are in the grains and bread group. The food pyramid has some starchy foods in the vegetables group, however they don't equate nearly as much when comparing to the grains. The carbohydrate-rich foods in the grains group are the reason they have so much starch.

As an pyramid shape gets larger towards the bottom and smaller towards the top, the foods you should eat more of are desplayed at the bottom of the pyramid to convey the quantity of that food group you should eat. For example: The fatty foods are usually at the top of the pyramid as theres only a little space at the top and you should eat only a little amount of fatty foods.
